Do you accept payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer?
Yes we do. You will however need to open a customer account with us. Please get in touch to find out more about how to do this by emailing accounts@vividleather.com.
I am concerned about the security of my credit card details, is it safe to order through your site?
Absolutely! We here at Vivid Leather never actually receive your credit card number, which completely eliminates risks such as someone hacking into our systems and stealing your details. Instead, we use Secure Trading as our payment service provider. This means that you enter your card details on their secure server and Secure Trading will debit your card when your order is shipped.
Secure Trading offers the most sophisticated encryption technologies available on the market giving you the safest possible handling of your credit card details. If you would like to know more about the technical specifics we encourage you to visit their website.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within less than 2 working days and you should therefore expect your order within 7 working days. However, we regret that during times of exceptional demand it may not always be possible to meet this target.

Vivid Leather is committed to keeping your details safe and abides with all the regulations set out in the 1998 UK Data Protection Act. This means that we will NOT share or sell your information to any third parties unless you expressly permit us to do so.
